A bilateral comparison of small gas flow rates in the range between 0.12 mg/min and 2.4 mg/min was performed between INRiM (Italy) and LMPS (Slovenia). Analysis was conducted and normalized errors were calculated according to ISO 17043. The comparison was carried out at five measurement points with the large capillary leak and at two points with the small capillary leak. The paper discusses challenges to achieve the repeatability of the measurements and the estimated uncertainties.
A dedicated poster was created and presented at the XXIV IMEKO World Congress “Think Metrology”, August 26 – 29, 2024, Hamburg, Germany. The paper was published by the Measurement: Sensors Journal by Elsavier.
