Measurement Uncertainty in the Totalisation of Quantity and Energy Measurement in Gas Grids

This paper discusses improvements that can be made in the measurement models to make them more responsive to the error structure of the measurement data, temporal effects in these data, and the fluctuations in gas quality and gas quantity. The paper is also available at preprints.org, see link: Measurement Uncertainty in the Totalisation of Quantity and Energy Measurement in Gas Grids – [v1].
